12. SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund on cancellation is applicable.
13. PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY: We don’t offer any refund on any order
cancellation.

In the event of any unexpected circumstances causing a delay in the provision of
services, Clever Fox Publishing will make all reasonable efforts to complete the service
as promptly as possible. Please note that no compensation or refund will be provided
for any delays.
15. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:Defective items may be returned for an exchange,
return, refund, or upgrade within 7 days from the date you received it.
16. SHIPPING POLICY:Products ordered on Clever Fox Publishing India, are shipped
through our courier partners. If our courier partner does not serve the desired location,
the products are shipped through the Indian Postal Service. All orders are processed
within 3-5 business days. The shipping time mentioned on the website is approximate
and delivery is subject to the courier partners. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may
be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a Shipment
Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We currently do not ship outside
India.
17. ADD-ON SERVICES AND NON-REFUND POLICY:
Authors purchasing any add-on services from Clever Fox Publishing Private Limited at

point after the initial agreement acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be
applicable for
such services, regardless of usage or perceived value. These add-ons may include but are not
limited to marketing services, design enhancements, additional distribution services, or
editorial upgrades.
18. AUTHOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURACY.
It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that all content submitted, including manuscript,
metadata, and marketing claims, is accurate, non-infringing, and does not violate any third-
party rights. Clever Fox Publishing will not be held liable for errors, misrepresentations, or
legal liabilities arising from submitted content.
19. NO GUARANTEE OF SALES OR SUCCESS.
While Clever Fox Publishing provides professional publishing and marketing services, we
make no guarantees regarding book sales, commercial success, media coverage, or rankings on
sales platforms. Success depends on a wide range of factors including content quality, target
audience, market demand, and promotional efforts by the author.
20. ACCOUNT TERMINATION.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate author accounts without prior notice if any terms
outlined in this agreement are violated, or if actions taken by the author are deemed abusive,
fraudulent, or in violation of laws or platform policies
21. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES.
Clever Fox Publishing reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at its discretion
without prior notice. If such modification significantly alters the service, authors will be
notified, but no refunds will be applicable.
22. POLICY CHANGES AND UPDATE.
Clever Fox Publishing Private Limited reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these
Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. All changes will be effective
immediately upon posting on the website or the author dashboard. Continued use of the
platform or services after such modifications shall constitute your consent to the updated terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
23. APPLICABILITY TO ALL IMPRINTS AND BRANDS.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the author acknowledges and agrees that this
agreement applies to all current and future imprints, sub-brands, divisions, platforms, and
services operated under Clever Fox Publishing Private Limited, including but not limited to
Ziffy Bees and any other affiliated brand names.
